Usher broke down in the courtroom on Monday when his ex-wife’s attorney made an accusation during his ongoing custody trial that hit below the belt.
Usher has seen better days. The morning after he performed at the Billboard Music Awards where he put on a carefree disguise, the “Scream” singer made it back to Atlanta to sit on the stand to testify.
Usher’s ex Tameka Foster previously made accusations that he had used drugs in front of their children. Although he adamantly denied it, Foster’s attorney did get him to admit to using marijuana on other occasions.
The real kicker was when Tameka’s attorney claimed that Usher puts partying before his kids and showed the jury pictures of him at a club in Paris in February, which caused Usher to break down in tears.
Tameka##Q##s team wasn##Q##t the only group pointing fingers. Usher spoke out about his ex being physically and verbally abusive toward him and his new girlfriend during the split.
The trial will continue on Tuesday.
