It was a sad day on Friday for Usher and his family as they laid Usher’s stepson Kile Glover to rest in Atlanta. The young 11 year-old boy was taken off life support after sustaining fatal head injuries after a jet-ski accident.
The memorial took place at the Wieuca Road Baptist Church on Peachtree Road and lasted for one hour. A few celebrities in attendance included Ludacris, Jazze Pha and Phaedra Parks from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Foster, asked her Twitter followers to contribute to the Kile Glover Fund at Bank of America. She wants to increase water safety through the implementation of laws, policies and education.
Our heart goes out to Usher and his family.
