Superhero fans have made The Avengers the most relevant movie yet!
Over the weekend, The Avengers completely dominated at the box office, breaking the all-time debut weekend record.
The film racked in an impressive studio estimated $200.3 million for Friday through Sunday, exceeding the previous record set by Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 followed by The Dark Knight and The Hunger Games.
In IMAX earnings alone, the movie made $15 million and completely sold out of seats!
I must admit, I didn’t dress up as Captain America and wait outside the theater for hours to catch the premiere of movie, but the positive reviews might convince me to check it out.
