Ray J was reportedly hospitalized on Monday morning following the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night due to exhaustion and jet lag. He is still in the process of recovering.
As we reported earlier, Ray J had a run-in with Whitney Houston’s family before Bobbi Kristina accepted the Millennium Award on behalf of her mother. TMZ claimed that Ray J was “extremely upset” and “disoriented” after an argument with Pat Houston concerning him being seating near them.
Ray J’s rep explained that before taking the four-hour car ride to Vegas for the Billboard Music Awards, Ray J had a 32-hour plane ride from China for a business trip. After the show, he hosted a launch party at the Rio Hotel & Casino for a hair serum product he is endorsing, Prince Reigns.
A rep for Ray J tells E! News that he was brought to a Las Vegas area hospital and “will remain there for treatment for exhaustion and jet lag.”
