K-Stew showed up to the teal step-and-repeat press line in a sexy, edgy, futuristic-looking dress. The yellow, purple, and silver dress is from GUiSHEM’s Fall 2012 RTW collection. You might recall her rocking a black and white dress from the same designer at Spike TV’s 2010 Scream Awards. The heels are Christian Louboutin Pigalle Pumps.
