The newly-engaged 19-year-old actress tweeted the two photos above, along with the caption, “If you don##Q##t have something nice to say don##Q##t say anything at all. my hair is attached to my head no one else##Q##s and it##Q##s going bye bye

The “So Undercover” actress chopped off her buns in NYC and even took photos throughout the cut. Just five hours before the final reveal, Miley wrote, “it##Q##s happening.”
The uber-blonde bob cut is the shortest Miley has ever had. She went from ombre to blonde earlier this summer. The future Mrs. Hemsworth now has a cut edgy enough to make Victoria Beckham jealous.
Perhaps she##Q##s getting ready for her new guest star role as a “hot new local in town that##Q##s dating soon-to-be-legal Jake Harper” on “Two and a Half Men”?
