Congrats to Demi Lovato! The 18-year-old star may have dealt with some emotional challenges in her career but now, she’s making an official comeback with her new single “Skyscraper”!
“Skyscraper” was released this morning and when Demi visited Ryan Seacrest this morning, she revealed that the song holds a positive message for her.
“As the world knows, I kind of went through a bunch this last year,” Lovato said. “It got to the point where I was lying to everyone, lying about eating and being happy… I became a little brat and I had so much growing up to do, and I never intentionally meant to be that way, but I just had so much going on in my head.”
When Ryan complimented on Demi’s big smile and how happy she seems, Demi replied, “I try to create positive energy everywhere I go.”
Demi also revealed that “Skyscraper” is a marker of her personal journey and the song represents the strength of an incredibly difficult journey.
