She’s been staying in the spotlight, but hopefully this gig will help that light be a bit brighter. Lindsay Lohan and NBC confirmed that Lindsay is set to host “SNL” on March 3.
After the news was release, Lindsay took to Twitter to exalt her excitement: “SNL! I love @NBC !!!!!!!!!!!!!”
And the show responded in a Tweet back: “That##Q##s right: March 3rd, @lindsaylohan with musical guest Jack White!! See you then! #SNL #March3rd.”
Lilo’s publicist Steve Honig also released a statement concerning the “SNL” arrangement. “Lindsay is very much looking forward to hosting SNL and working with the incredible cast, crew and writers to put on a memorable show,” he said.
This will be the 25-year-old’s fourth time to host the famously funny show.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ that the starlet was so ready to get back to the “SNL” set as a host, that she contacted executive producer Lorne Michaels herself!
