There is a new law in California, and believe it or not it involves the paparazzi. The main man involved in the Justin Bieber freeway debacle could be the very first one charged. A source involved in the investigation says The California Highway Patrol has given his two cents to the LA City Attorney, and let’s just say it’s not in the paparazzo’s favor.
He suggested that the pap be charged with the law that prohibits photographers from endangering people while trying to shoot both photo and video. If the man is charged and convicted under the law it is being said that he could end up in jail for up to a year! Do you think this is fair? Or too extreme?
