After years and years of trying, Giuliana and Bill Rancic announced Monday morning that they are finally expecting their first baby via gestational surrogate!..
It’s a miracle, indeed. Giuliana and Bill took us through their journey of trying to become pregnant in their reality series Giuliana & Bill. They experienced many failed attempts without reasoning and Giuliana eventually found out that she had first stages of breast cancer.
Obviously, their attention was shifted to focus mainly on getting Giuliana well, in which she followed through with a double mastectomy and other treatments.
Today, the Rancic’s appeared on the Today show to deliver the exciting news to cohost Ann Curry, who they told of their previous miscarriage and breast cancer news.
“We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered,” said the thrilled E! News anchor. “It##Q##s incredible. We##Q##ve been trying for so long, we##Q##ve been through so much…And to finally get that call from the doctor, it was just another world, another level.”
Giuliana and Bill are both the genetic parents and the surrogate mother was unnamed. They are also keeping the sex of the baby a secret for now!
Bill continued, “We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey.”
Baby Rancic is expected to arrive late summer. Congratulations to Giuliana and Bill!
