Ever since Daniel Radcliffe hung up his wand and glasses, he has been trying on different roles. Last year, he was on Broadway as J. Pierrepont Finch, singing his way through “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” Earlier this year, he was Arther Kipps, in “The Woman in Black,” a horror/thriller movie.
It seems like Daniel has a thing for horror films! He is set to star in a new thriller film, “Horns,” directed by Alexandre Aja. The movie is based on the best-selling cult novel by Joe Hill.
Daniel Radcliffe will play Ig Perrish, the number one suspect in the rape and murder of his girlfriend. Ig wakes up one morning to find horns growing from his head. The horns are powerful and drive people to confess their sins and give into their impulses – an effective tool in his quest to discover what really happened to his girlfriend.
Shooting is set to start in the fall.
In addition to “Horns,” Daniel will lend his voice to Adult Swim’s program, “Robot Chicken” in its upcoming season. The only information on this is a tweet: “SD Comic Con Expert @SD_Comic_Con – Tom Hiddleton, Sam Elliot, Daniel Radcliffe, Patrick Stewart guest voices on the upcoming Robot Chicken season. #NerdHQ #SDCC.”
We##Q##re excited for Daniel Radcliffe##Q##s upcoming projects! He sure has his hands full!
