Former Disney star and Dancing with the Stars contestant Kyle Massey is suing the producers of Bristol Palin: Life##Q##s a Tripp. Massey claims that he and his brother created a reality show that was specifically for Bristol, and only to get cut at the last minute.
In the suit that was filed today in Los Angeles, Massey and his brothers claim that they met Bristol last year on Dancing with the Stars and developed a show called “Helping Hands”, in which Kyle and his brothers help Palin with the challenges of raising a child while adjusting to her new life in California. According to the filing a producer was the one that cut the brother’s out, not Bristol and changed the name of the show to “Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp” premiring tonight, on Lifetime.
