The Oscar winner has been battling her ex model beau Gabriel Aubry in court for quite some time now over custody of their 4 year old daughter Nahla. Sources say that Aubry has been asking a Los Angeles judge to award him this sum since May, in order to better provide for their daughter. The ex couple spent close to 5 years together, and had hoped to remain civil and work out a peaceful custody agreement, but lately it seems they’ve been going back and forth. Who’s side do you take?
