Was Amanda Bynes involved in a hit-and-run? That’s what LAPD’s Valley Traffic Division is saying. The division will turn the investigation over to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, and it will be up to the prosecutors if they will press charges against Bynes.
Amanda already has a misdemeanor DUI charge back in April after hitting a police car in West Hollywood. In May, she was pulled over for denting and dashing. Two weeks ago she rear-ended another car, but failed to give the woman her insurance information and drove off. Bynes has denied drinking and driving and claimed she doesn’t even drink and the authorities have it all mixed up.
If she is found guilty of a hit-and-run, the consequences could be a $1,000 fine and about six months in jail.
Oh boy. Who thinks Amanda Bynes should just be stripped of her driving license already? She should get some help first before hitting the road!
