The boys (men?) of 8 Degrees are reuniting for una noche. Nick Lachey, Drew Lachey, Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre will perform together for the first time in a decade. They will appear alongside the Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block at the Summer Mixtape Festival in Hershey, PA. 98 Degrees will also perform on “The Today Show” on August 17.
The guys have been talking of a 8 Degrees reunion show. Nothing is solidified, but they are taking things one-step at a time. Timmons formed the band in L.A. in 1995 with the other three. Two years later, they released their debut album.
98 Degrees is best known for their hit single, “Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche).” Since their hiatus, the guys have all pursued individual projects. Drew won in the second season of “Dancing With The Stars,” while Nick released two solo albums and was the host of “The Sing-Off.” Jeffre ran for mayor of Cincinatti, Ohio and Timmons released a solo album and toured internationally.
Besides 98 Degrees reuniting, S Club 7 announced their reunion, Backstreet Boys are releasing a new album in 2012 and toured with New Kids On The Block, and the Spice Girls have a new musical Viva Forever! and a 90-minute documentary in the works. The 90s are making a comeback for sure!
