The 19-year-old singer-actress showed off her new blonde hair on twitter yesterday, tweeting “Now that I’m blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo.”

She followed up the tweet with a pic of herself doing the duck lips, and another one of her chilling with her friend Gorg. Love it!
The blonde makes Miley look more vibrant and youthful. Miley was also spotted showing off her new frock with her fiancé Liam, cruising around Los Angeles on a skateboard. The new blonde starlet gave us a glimpse of her fresh, kick-ass Teddy Roosevelt tattoo not too long ago. It looks like she’s switching things up a bit before her big day!
